The operator and your account.
Lee Wei Technologies Sdn. Bhd., registration 202601014171 (1676269-K), operates Behavilo from Malaysia. We store account name, email, a salted password hash and login-session information to provide account access. Password recovery uses email delivery through Resend.
Website analytics and recordings.
Connected website owners choose installation, goals, consent integration, recording enablement, masking and retention. Analytics stores page paths, events, anonymous session identifiers, referring websites and browser/device categories. Inputs and arbitrary element text are not collected by the analytics tracker; queries and fragments are stripped.
Optional rrweb recordings reconstruct supported page content with input masking and default text masking. Paths, static content and assets can still reveal context. Website owners should exclude sensitive regions and review recordings on their own websites.
Service providers and storage.
Behavilo currently runs on Contabo infrastructure. Stripe supports subscription checkout and billing management; Resend delivers account-recovery email; Cloudflare provides domain/DNS services. Full card details are handled by Stripe Checkout rather than collected by Behavilo’s forms. These providers have their own privacy terms. Processing may involve infrastructure outside Malaysia; no specific data-residency region or legal certification is promised.
Retention and choices.
Website analytics retention can be set to 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. Recordings use the shorter of that setting and the plan allowance. Hourly cleanup removes expired activity; owners can delete recordings or a website. Backups may retain earlier copies as part of service operations. Consent withdrawal stops further capture without erasing earlier activity.
Account, billing, recovery and operational records are separate from website-analytics retention. This version has no self-service account-deletion screen or named-visitor erasure tool. Contact the operator for a request about those records; avoid including unnecessary personal data.
