What counts as an event?
Each accepted page view, click, scroll, engagement event, and custom action counts as an event. Usage is shared across your workspace and resets at the start of each calendar month in UTC. One page view can produce multiple events.

One visit can create several events.
2 page views + 3 clicks + 4 other events = 9 events
A page view, a click, a scroll milestone, an active-time event and a custom action each count when accepted. All websites share your account allowance, which resets on the first of each month in UTC. Saving goals and viewing recordings do not create collection events.
For illustration: 2 page views + 3 clicks + 2 scroll milestones + 2 engagement events = 9 events. This is an example, not a prediction of every visit's usage.

Which features are included?
All plans include traffic reports, up to 50 goals and 20 funnels per website, session timelines, optional recordings and daily traffic CSV exports. Plans vary in websites, event/recording allowances and replay retention.
What happens at a limit?
Additional events or new recordings stop being accepted when their respective monthly limits are reached. Retained reports remain readable subject to retention. There are no automatic overage charges.
What can I change about retention?
Analytics retention can be 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. Replay retention is the shorter of that website setting and the plan's replay allowance. Report date selection currently covers up to 30 days.
Can I cancel or manage a subscription?
Use Billing → Manage billing to open the configured Stripe portal. Review its terms for cancellation or changes. Paid checkout currently uses test mode; no real charges are collected.
Are annual discounts or unlimited plans available?
The published plans are monthly and have defined allowances. No annual discount, unlimited-use tier, shared team seats or uptime SLA is included in this release.
